Two sections, two decisions an agent would otherwise make on your behalf: the reader it’s addressing, and the register it uses to address them.

Audiences tell the agent exactly who it’s addressing

Audience holds named segments such as Digital Marketing Agencies, Solo Marketers and Freelancers, and Marketing and SEO Teams. Each entry gives the agent a specific reader instead of a blended idea of your whole market. Tag an audience into a task when the work should address that segment. More than one segment can apply to the same task, alongside the other context you add through task tagging.

Voices let one brand sound different when the task requires it

Voice defines how your brand sounds. Each named entry records its tone, the rules to follow, and the phrases to use or avoid. A single brand can hold voices such as Growth Engine, Insight Engine, and Founder’s Vision side by side. The task decides which one applies, so a founder-led piece doesn’t have to sound like a research report or a growth campaign.
