Agents is a second workspace on the Writesonic account you already have. It doesn’t replace the platform you use now, and it doesn’t need setting up from scratch. Connect Search Console and Analytics, complete your Brand Kit, and you’re running.
Agents is in beta. Access is currently limited to selected enterprise and agency accounts. To request it, talk to your account manager or book a demo with our sales team.

The platform shows where you stand, and Agents does something about it

The Writesonic platform tracks how your brand appears in AI search. Agents is the other half, where the work to change that actually gets done. Both products share your Writesonic login and account, but Agents has its own workspace at agents.writesonic.com. Open it from the platform sidebar. Your AI visibility data flows across automatically, so you don’t reconnect the platform.

Every signal belongs in one record for each page

We pull Google Search Console, Google Analytics, your CMS and Writesonic AI visibility data into one place. You can add CRM and conversion data when you use them. Together, these sources create a 360-degree view of every page. With every signal on the same page record, Agents can run a real gap analysis and name the exact gaps and opportunities. The full view also keeps one fix from creating another problem. An SEO change shouldn’t damage AI search, and an AI-search change shouldn’t cost you SEO. That trade-off appears when signals stay split across tools.
Scattered data sources converging into a single page record with one gap highlighted

Search Console, Analytics, your CMS and your AI visibility data become one record per page. The gap analysis runs on all of it at once.

The agents work autonomously while you keep control

The roster covers Research, SEO/GEO, Content and Design. A CMO agent receives the goal and delegates the work to the right specialists. It doesn’t do the work itself. Once assigned, the agents carry the work through end to end without being babysat. You choose the review mode and approve the result. Finished work lands in your CMS as a draft, and nothing publishes on its own.

Most teams stop after acting and leave the marketing loop open

Last month, you published 10 posts or landing pages. Did all 10 get indexed? If they were ranking on Google in week one, are they still ranking in week four? Most teams can’t answer either question. Closed-loop marketing is the version where you can. It starts with tracking the keywords and prompts that matter, then prioritizing them by business impact and whatever you’re chasing this quarter. Acting is the part everyone already does. Verifying is the part that gets skipped, and it’s a yes or no gate. Did the page get indexed, and can ChatGPT crawl and read it? If Google never indexed it, nothing after that matters. Measuring comes 14 to 28 days later and asks about performance. Did the page start ranking, or start getting cited? AI search makes this sharper. A page can get cited the week you publish it and lose those citations a month later. Then you iterate, and what you learned sets the next round of priorities. That’s the loop closing. It’s also what moves organic marketing from reactive to proactive.
The closed marketing loop: track, prioritize, act, verify, measure, iterate

Track, prioritize, act, verify, measure, then feed what you learned back in. Most teams stop after acting.

Agents can finish one page or repeat a proven workflow across your site

  • Hand a whole page to an agent and get the audit, research and rewrite back
  • Turn a workflow you repeat every week into a playbook and run it across hundreds of pages
  • See every page on your site in one view, with what to fix ranked by impact
  • Track what you changed and what happened after
Start with one page, then turn the work that repeats into a playbook.
