Tasks work from the moment setup finishes. The reporting screens don’t, because they join data sources that need a few days of history before they show anything. This page says which screens are which.

You can start work on day one

Tasks are ready immediately. You don’t need to wait for the dashboards to fill. An agent gathers what it needs while it works. We recommend starting with one task on day one.

Pages needs a few days of data

Pages follows a different timeline. It joins Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and AI visibility signals for each page. Those sources backfill over the first few days. If your Writesonic platform project is new, AI visibility data builds as prompts run on their schedule. A thin or empty Pages view right after setup is expected and isn’t a fault.

The first task can take a few minutes

Your first task may sit In Progress for a few minutes. That status means the agent is working, not stuck. Open the activity feed to see what it’s doing.

Knowing whether it worked takes longer than knowing it shipped

CMS work lands as a draft, so you can quickly confirm when the agent has finished. Nothing publishes on its own. Whether the change moved rankings or citations is a 14 to 28 day question because indexing and citation changes take time to appear. The Tasks page explains the full lifecycle and every status.

A sensible first week follows a simple order

  1. Day one: Connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics, complete your Brand Kit, then run one task.
  2. Day two or three: Check Pages as its per-page records fill in.
  3. End of week one: Turn whatever you repeated into a playbook.
