How to use All Products

Identify missing products

If you’ve uploaded a catalog, review products that aren’t appearing in AI-generated answers. First, check whether your tracked prompts cover those products or their categories. If not, add relevant prompts to start measuring their visibility.

Investigate falling products

Look for products losing shopping visibility. See which competing products appear alongside them, then compare their product pages, information, and positioning with yours. If your products are recommended but buy links frequently lead to third-party retailers, review your product pages. Make sure product information, structured data, pricing, and stock availability are accurate and up to date.

Learn from your strongest products

Identify your best-performing products and review the questions where they’re recommended. Use those findings to improve product pages for items that aren’t performing as well. Updating your product content doesn’t guarantee that AI platforms will recommend it. Continue monitoring your Shopping metrics to evaluate changes over time.
