It shows which work moved anything. | | Agent | A specialist that carries out work. The specialist agents are Research, SEO/GEO, Content, and Design. | | AI visibility | How often AI answers mention your brand. The data comes from the Writesonic platform. | | Artifact | The deliverable produced by a task. | | BIP score | Business Impact Potential, a 0 to 100 score used to rank which pages to fix first. | | Brand Kit | The context every agent reads for every task. It covers your business, objectives, audience, voice, authors, and content types. | | Citation share | How often AI answers cite one of your pages. | | Closed-loop marketing | A process that tracks, prioritizes, acts, verifies, measures, then feeds what you learned back in. | | CMO agent | The agent that takes a goal, splits it into subtasks, and routes them. It does no work itself. | | Content type | The rules for one format, such as blog posts or LinkedIn posts. | | Data layer | The Writesonic platform, where AI search visibility data lives. | | Execution layer | Writesonic Agents, where the work happens. | | Grid | One playbook run across many rows, with review tracked per row. | | Knowledge Base | Your own synced documents and pages that agents use for grounding. | | Page group | A set of pages you manage together. | | Playbook | A workflow written once and run on demand. | | Review mode | The setting for how much you check before work is applied. Choose Manually review, Skip reviews, or Review based on agent. | | Single run | A playbook run on one input rather than a grid. The playbook list calls the same action Quick run. | | Smart filters | The default filter on Pages that hides stable, redirected, and pruned pages. | | Subtask | A piece of a larger task.
